I am so glad I chose Multiway Immigration for my parents PR. From day 1 they were very helpful and the information given was very clear. The best thing is that they forwarded me all communication from the IRCC unlike other immigration consultants who do not share the updates. Rupinder was so helpful in explaining everything about collecting documents. Nishi, in the office was always prompt with sharing information and keeping the process smooth with the IRCC. I couldn't have found a better consultant. Every step of the way was super professional and well organized. If you are really looking for a professional and well informed amazing team.. this is it. 💯Posted on Google![]()

Immigration Consultant FAQs
How much does an immigration consultant cost in Canada?
Our consultations are $50 for 20 minutes by phone and $75 for 30 minutes by Zoom or in person. After the consultation we give you a written quote for your application. Our professional fees are separate from the government fees you pay to IRCC or the province, and the total depends on the program and how complex your case is.
Do you offer a free consultation?
Our consultations are paid, so you get dedicated time with our licensed RCIC and advice specific to your situation: $50 for 20 minutes by phone, or $75 for 30 minutes by Zoom or in person. Book a consultation online.
How do I check if an immigration consultant is licensed?
Search the consultant’s name or licence number on the CICC public register. A licensed consultant has a licence number starting with R and shows as entitled to practise. Our consultant, Rupinder Rupana, holds CICC licence R710015.
What is the difference between an immigration consultant and an immigration lawyer?
Both Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCICs) and lawyers can charge a fee to advise you and represent you on applications to IRCC. Some matters, such as a judicial review at the Federal Court, need a lawyer. Multiway Immigration is an RCIC practice, not a law firm.
Is it worth hiring an immigration consultant?
A consultant helps you choose the right program, avoid missing documents and common mistakes, and understand your realistic chances. Many refusals come from incomplete or inconsistent applications. No consultant can guarantee approval, because IRCC makes every decision.
What does an immigration consultant do?
We assess your eligibility, recommend the best pathway, prepare a document checklist, review and submit your application, and act as your authorized representative with IRCC and the Alberta Advantage Immigration Program, sharing every update with you.
Can you help with the Alberta Advantage Immigration Program (AAIP)?
Yes. We help with AAIP streams including the Alberta Opportunity Stream, the Alberta Express Entry Stream and the Rural Renewal Stream. We check the current requirements against your situation before you apply.
Do you have an office near me?
We have two offices: our head office at 8763 51 Ave NW #201 in Edmonton, and our Grande Prairie office at 10104 101 Ave #301. Wherever you live, you can also book a phone or Zoom consultation.
